Payment delays will be taken into account when quoting future prices.

PAYMENT
Account Customers
Payment strictly 30 days net. Goods supplied will remain the property of The Farm Forestry Company Ltd. until paid for in full.
21/2% interest per month will be charged on all outstanding accounts.

Non Account Holders
Payment with order. Non account holders may be asked to supply trade and bank references prior to becoming account holders.

Customers will be deemed to have accepted our terms of business on placing an order.
We reserve the right to vary prices and to change specifications without notice.

Every effort is made to supply good quality materials. However, should any complaint arise please inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

All dimensions quoted in our literature are approximate only — minor variation in inevitable when manufacturing these goods due to ‘memory’ retention.

DELIVERY
We endeavour to deliver all products in the time space agreed. However we do not accept liability for delayed delivery due to factors outside our control, nor any liability should trees be planted prior to guard delivery.

NOTE: All tree guards may, in some circumstances, be subject to damage by deer or rabbits; especially if populations are excessively high. Deer may rub guards to remove antler velvet, and knock them over, and/or damage the guard and tree. This can happen to tube type protection, or with net guards.
Our guards will protect in the majority of situations, however in some instances, additional protective measures may be required, such as shooting. If high populations of deer, especially of fallow or red, are known to exist, deer fencing should be considered as an alternative to individual protection.
